Before your moving day arrives, there are a few things you can do prepare your furniture and make the loading process smoother on the day:

• Remove legs from tables, couches, and chairs.
• Empty drawers and shelves.
• Disassemble any furniture that can be disassembled.
• Tape screws and other components to the furniture it came from, or place them in a bag and label it. Number and label the parts if necessary.
• Clear obstacles out of the way and make sure there’s a clear path in and out of your place.
• Remove doors if necessary.
• Cover floors and banisters in cardboard or towels to protect them against damage.
• Wrap and pack your mattress in a mattress boxbefore your movers arrive.

We recommend booking Precise Timing Transports  as soon as possible to ensure availability on your desired moving date. However, we understand that sometimes moves are last-minute, so we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes we are fully insured. 

We take every precaution to protect your belongings during your move or delivery. If damage occurs due to our team’s negligence, we will work with you promptly to assess the situation and resolve the claim in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable coverage. Please report any damage as soon as possible so we can document and address it properly.

First make sure there is clearance in your residence for the new couch to fit through carefully. Measure your doorways and any where the couch has to get through to make sure there is enough clearance. WE ARE NOT     RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE DUE TO LACK OF CLEARANCE! Be advised to gather measurements. 

Booking is straight forward. Fill out a free quote form. We respond within 48 hours with a quote. We will send a good faith deposit invoice. After deposit is paid, your booking is secure. We will give you a two hour window unless otherwise specified. Then on moving day we will give you a more detailed ETA. 

The typical house move typically takes any where from 3-10 hours to complete. It depends on how much there is to move. Most local moves are done within one day

We accept most forms of payment including cash, credit card, zelle, cash app

Yes. Our deposits are non refundable. If you are going to cancel please cancel at least two weeks in advance. 

Yes for most services unless stated otherwise we require a two hour minimum.
